参赛者必须填上个人参赛表格及武术竞赛套路报名表格。
Participants need
to fill in the individual registration form and team registration form.
III.
大会鼓励参赛队伍于2015年11月13日 (星期五)当天下午五时之前抵达吉兰丹，以方便大会载送至赛场报到。
All teams are encouraged to arrive at Kelantan on the 13 November 2015 (Friday) before 5pm
for the convenience of our transport team.
